The first meeting for the Outdoor Adventure Interest Group (OAIG) will take place December 6 at the Clinton Hut. This first meeting is intended to be an informational/planning meeting. During this time we will discuss the first outing and girls will determine how often and where they would like to meet. Additional meetings will be held in various locations in the council. Depending on the outdoor activities the girls choose, some activities will take place outside of the council area. There is no cost to attend this meeting; the fee to join the Interest Group is $10/girl and $5/adult. This group is for girls in grades 6 through 10. The meeting will be held at Piedmont Technical College in Newberry. This is the Fall Delegate Governance Meeting for the council. As determined through last year&amp;rsquo;s By-laws revisions, this meeting is now held every fall after the close of the fiscal year. While this is a business meeting of the delegation, it is open to any adult or girl member 14 years of age or older.
